i just bought an ipod touch and i just can't get it to work. it's just showing a screen with the itunes icon and the usb cable. does that mean i need to charge it before i can use or is there a problem with it? i downloaded itunes 7.5 and every time i connect the ipod it tells me that the ipod won't work cause i don't the right software for it. please help!!!!!
If you do have the most recent Itunes then it's the ipod. There have been reported claims with similar problems, just go to the apple store to get it replaced, you will have to pay a 30 fee so YOU can send it to apple .... But it's worth it in my books.
