(i have a compaq if that matters). i would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to get the sound without having to buy cucosoft, just using qucik time pro. ive looked all over the forum and can't get anything fixed.

Yes, videora is free and can be found here. (Check my stickied guide for more info). http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/

now ive been to many places lookin at blogs,i have videora, how do u add ur videos (the are downloaded off limewire),i cant get my videos to videora because its not in the proper format,so do u have a free program, for windows xp,to convert these videos, thanks for your help
OKAY THIS IS THE DEAL,IVE READ SO MANY BLOGS NONE HAVE HELPED ,I HAD TO PERSONALLY LOOK FOR A PROGRAM,AND I FOUND IT,NO OFFENSE BUT EVERYONE GIVES ADVISE FOR A MAC,SO TO MY UNDERSTANDING THE AUDIO CANT BE CONVERTED SO IT DISAPPEARS,WELL I FOUND A PROGRAM FOR XP AND IT HASNT FAILED YET, ITS JODIX, TRY JODIX.COM OR GO TO GOOGLE AND TYPE JODIX,U HAVE TO SEARCH THE FILES THAT YOU ARE GOIN TO CONVERT,SO SPREAD THE WORD CUZ I COULDNT FIND IT FOR A WHILE
the thing, that if ur not so computer literate it might be ...its easy,on jodix u put add files then you choose which ones outta the folder then youpress convert and add to the itunes library after it finishes converting, then audio and everything will be good, ur welcome...you staff memebers should statt payin me i mean im purty good at this = )
I have the same problem exactly! I downloaded a show its 45 min, from limewire, and it plays on my itunes and i converted it from iTunes>Advanced>Convert Selection for iPod, and it works on my ipod but unfortunately i have no sound at all!! And videora is not an option cause i already tried downloading it but it doesn't work, WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!?
Gah, ok, although videora is very popular i wouldn't recommend it. It has video audio syncing problems (ALthough if you insist on using it and get an audio sync problem here's a fix: http://ipodlegends.com/videora-audio-sync-fix/ Programs such as Any Video Converter or 3GP Converter run as smoothly as videora and are as easy to use without having the audio sync problem or no sound. THey are free too...
hi i have recently got an i pod video and have uploaded several episodes onto it. when playing on the ipod playback is fine all sound is perfect picture is also perfect. however when i play it back through my tv ( using a camcorder cable inverting the red yellow white ) the picture is 100% perfect but only when the ipod volume is very low as soon as i turn the ipod volume up any time any dialog comes in the sound is perfect but lines appear across the screen. I try using the ipod at very low vol and turning the tv vol up but then i get loads of background huming. does anyone know if i am experiencing some interference/ and or if i would do any better with the official ipod cable?
Is the cable you're using in good shape? An Apple branded one won't help at all unless the insulation on the one you are currently using is falling apart, creating interference. You would still be better off just buying another camcorder one = less money
hi thanks for the quick reply. the cable i'm using is brand new out of the box could there be any other reason for the problem?
