Don't know which thread this belongs to so I'll start a new one. I've currently got an iPod video 30GB. At the moment when I go into the Music section of my iPod it displays both music AND video files. Happens the other way round when I go into my Videos section too, so basically my whole music list and movies list are in one huge list under both music AND movies. When I go into Videos and scroll down to an actual Video clip and play it, it doesn't play. It takes a while before it starts up and it just shows the progress bar. I've tried changing the TV out function but it doesn't make a difference. Sometimes it doesn't even load the video and just goes straight back to the menu. I've tried formatting, and it works for a while (Music and Videos are seperated) but after a while the lists both get merged. It's so screwed :S I'm not sure but it MIGHT be a problem with having too many files on it (So far I have about 2200 including like 20 videos) but I doubt it, why in the world would that happen? For the people who can't be bothered reading: - iPod Video 30GB - Displays both Music AND Video files under both sections - Video's only show progress bar - TV Out setting doesn't fix either problem - Formatting works for a short period of time but it screws up again
Iv got a similar problem. Right now, i only have music on my ipod video, but all the songs are in the video section too. I think when i manage to get videos on it, theyll be in both the music and video section.
