im using videora to convert my videos. now when i convert them and them to my library then update my ipod the video never shows up on the ipod. anybody know what the problem is here?
Be sure to select "Videos" from the main menu instead of "Music", then you will have the video play rather than just the sound and a still that resembles album art
I'm not so sure that is true. If you try and play a video through the "Music" category, then it plays just as an audio track would.. (small picture, audio only etc)
I am almost positive that this is what he needs to do. Seems like an easy solution, but sometimes that is what needs to be done. ;-)
I have been looking for freeware to transfer dvds to my ipod video. I have not been able to find any complete programs, only evaluation versions that have watermarks or restrictions. I read multiple guide threads that explained how to transfer dvds to my ipod using 'so n so' programs but it did'nt work for me.I may have been doing somthing wrong, but I followed it step by step multiple times. (it also lead me to download more n more "trial/evauation" version programs. they should make a note that you will only be getting "trial/evaluation" versions from those downloads. dangg) I have "DVD Shrink" & "DVD Fab". Can i use either of them for what I'm trying to do? What is the process for transfering dvds to my ipod? (is this correct? 1.rip dvd to hard drive. 2.convert the dvd rip to a format that my ipod can read. .3 then add them to my itunes library, then to my ipod.)
