   after using 'DVD DECRYPTER' i then use videora ipod convertor. but when i try and transcode a dvd (friends) it seems to take hours. can anyone give me any help to make them go faster? my computer is fast enough to cope with anythin so it cant be that. thanks for any help given guys cya!!

   are you sure you decrypted the videos correctly? How large is the [bold]single[/bold] .vob file you are left with?
