Recently started adding video's to my video ipod and I am using Videora iPod Converter to convert the videos for my ipod and everyone of them seems to freeze while I am watching them, the audio will still play then say 5seconds later the video will resume.. any help would be great thanks.

Try updating your iPod to the latest firmware in iTunes. Some firmwares are buggy and cause weird video playback issues.

Go to Settings=>About on your iPod. Next to version it will say the firmware version you have.

Yeah I think so, that's the one I have too. Have you tried restoring your iPod?

this has been happening with my ipod video 30gb. before it only happened maybe once a week, but the last 2 days it happens after 10 minutes with any video. audio stops while video continues playing, and none of the buttons work to do anything, and I have to reset it. I restored the ipod, and made sure I had latest firmware, and it still happened.

any ideas? I was googling around and I found some stuff posted around 2006 on other boards with the same problem. maybe I should go back to using an older version firmware?

I fixed my problem. all I had to do was update my Visualhub program, and update was available. no more freezing!

check whatever program you use to convert your video files and make sure it's the latest updated version.
