    So what's the story now?

Are all Eurovox boxes useless now? Any advice?

    Thanks in advance

yes nothing can be done about it, unless they provide a eurovox fix for nagra 2 like they did for the kryptview which isnt going to happen.

    Cheers Bro,

Is it worth investing in a Kyrptview?

Know a lad through a lad who is offering them for €160. Don't know if that's good value or not.

With Lions Tour starting I wouldn't mind getting sorted.

ah ok, so kryptview can handle nagra 2, but we dont know if it can handle nagra 3? by the way 160 for a kryptview is way too much, bout 110

    cheers

Sure I said that to the lad, doing a wee bit of haggling. He was claiming it was for the update of software etc.

Could you point me in the right direction for a better price?

Sure you know yourself, just dreading buying a box and it gone next week. Got near two years out of Eurovox so happy days there.

can't be had till the middle of june now,and i would say there are a lot of pre orders as well,so you might be left waiting even after june, so if you can get the lad down to say €150 or less, make sure he flashes it for you and get him to arrange the channels for you into favs etc

ahh come-on now, sorting out the fav's has noting to do with the seller!! in fact I'll go further & suggest that flashing the box is also the responability of the buyer,..anyway once the KV has scanned all the fav's can be accessed by pressing the green button.

Correct if your buying off a website, but in my view if someones wants to charge an extra €40-€50 it should be at least flashed ,don't you think?otherwise whats the 50% profit for? Most people who buy off local dealers do so because of the fact that they are not computer literate, and a lot of folk don't like the hassle of trying to get the hang of remote controls. Also the green button gives you categories all right but not all(maybe if your in the uk its different), sports, movies, music, kids, ok but nothing in the rest,my preference is to rename the favs and sort them into my own categories.
