Iriver e10 video and audio help

Hi, i have an iriver e10 and im wondering how i can add videos to it ?
On the iriver on the menu it has video.
I did add an avi video but when i tryed to view it on my iriver, it sais unsupported file format.

I am also wondering. Is there a way to make transferring my music quicker ?
At the moment, my albums just contain track1, track 2 etc and no artist or album. As it stands i have to click on artist and album and add them by hand. After this i need to click apply and then next. This often takes a while as my albums contain 17 tracks and i have a lot of album.

I am asking this as i havent mastered using windows explorer.
