I have FW 3.03 OE-C, and I have many ISO Games I backuped from the UMDs I have, but now when I add a game to my ISO folder in the PSP root directory, it does appear in the PSP but this error comes up :

The Game could not be started.

    What can I do?

in the psp root or you mean in the memory stick root? if you have it in the psp folder it belongs on the root of the memory stick (not mp_root by the way)

    Should look like this

    X:\ISO\place iso or cso

The iso's or cso's cannot be placed in another folder and ISO must be in capital letters.

Also make sure you have a game umd in your tray.
And check your recovery menu to make sure you have no-umd disabled.

if you can start the game i think there in the right place but like staxx said you probably just need to disable no umd. only one of my backups work with no umd.
