is-301BF.tmp.Vir is pissing me off

    McAfee had found this file earlier today, but it couldn't delete is, so when i tried to delete the file manually, is says that the file is write protected or something like that... the file is 1.32MB
    I've used Spy-bot, but it didn't come up with anything about is-301BF.tmp.Vir ... and i ran Ad-aware, but got nothing also...
    so how do i get rid of this for good?

    Since access is denied, delete the file in safe mode.

    If anything else comes up please post your HijackThis log. :)
