    I have a really quick question that I never knew the answer to. Is a amd 3700+ processor the same speed or equal to a intel 3.7gb processor??????

    if you haven't got the answer for that yet... yes. for amd's processors you just divide it by 1000 to find the comprable or equivalent to intel's...

    If you're talking about the AMD San Diego, then its actual frequency is 2.2 Ghz, or 2.4 Ghz if a Clawhammer. However, due to the fact that AMD processors perform more computations per clock cycle, it is considered the equivalent of a 3.7 Ghz Pentium 4.
