is emule a pain?

    well i just downloaded emule and i read the emule guide, i altered all my preferences and all that jazz, but HOW DO I DOWNLOAD?...i mean how do i connect to a server or something. do i just search in the search tab? somebody fill me in please

    OMG SOMEONE REPLIED TO MY THREAD

    thanks but i already read that thread too and its the same as the other one. i really dont get it. all the guide tells you is how to set up your emule but it doesnt tell you how to download. someone please fill me in. im kinda new

    Hope this helps you...

    1. Open Emule
    2. Click " Connect"
    3. Click "Search"
    4. Choose filetype( Audio,Video...)
    5. Type name of the file you are lookin´
    6. Choose Search method.
    7. Click " start"
    8. Rightclick file you want to download.
    9. Click " Download"

    yea, just connect to servers and/or kad, then search for files.
    then just double click the files on the results

    does it matter what server you connect to?
    will you get the same search results on EVERY server you connect to?

    i think it depends on how u search.

    if u search by "global" it searches all servers

    but i just go into the server with the most ppl

    if there are more people will the download go faster or something? or are there more files?
