I am sure there is a thread out there about this but I can not seem to come to it.. Anyways... I have all three Indiana Jones movies on DVD and I am trying to make backups of all. To save space, I want to put two of them on the same disk. I can do that but not including the menus and all of that goodness.

My question is how do I go about merging the two movies together, and adding in menus and having a successful burn?

In "Nero Vision", load the VOB files from the first movie (generally, that's VTS_01_1.VOB, VTS_01_2.VOB, etc.)
Make sure they are listed in order on the window.
On the lower left side of the window there are a group of three buttons.
Click the centre button and you will merge all the VOB's into one title.
Load the VOB's from the next DVD.
Merge them into a separate title.
    Proceed to the menu stage.
Each title will have a menu item.

Either save the output to a folder and burn using 'ImgBurn' on 'Verbatim' brand disks at 4x - or let Nero do it, but remember to set the burning speed, else it tends to burn at maximum.

You are aware that squeezing two full length movies onto a DVD-5 is going to result in lower quality.

K tried this last night and to no avail, it did not work. I dont think I am doing it right. I went into Nero Vision and it asked me what I wanted to do, so I picked make dvd and then DVD - video. Added my files, exported them(second button), did the titles for the chapters and then on to the last step. Got about half way through and got an error message and it shut down.

Don't export, that's for if you want to create a standalone mpg. Just keep on going.
