The reason that I asked because I'm unsure of it. I would think that it's legal since it is is legal to sell DVD burner, and blank DVDs to back up data. Modded playstation 2 is a device that reads back up data just like any other dvd player. So I don't know if I can base on that fact and conclude my theory. I just need some input from you guys. Thanks.
so how come so many people sell there modded ps2s on ebay,plus dont write that as your main title put it in details
I've seen the above E-Bay Law but I've also seen the opposite where a seller cites some law stating a right to backup or something.... and another thing I've seen alot of is a PS2 with HDD full of games....If you don't legally own these games please delete them after you buy it, I am leaving them on to prove that the HDD works...I guess it's all in the wording...?

thanks for taking the time to look it up. I tried searching on ebay, didn't have any luck on that laws...but u found it!! Yeah, I agreed with luckGhost it's all in the wording. Any places that you know people would buy the modded ps2? thanks.
yeah, i'm tryin to sell it. But not in here I know, that's why I want to know if there's any website that I can sell this beside craigslist.
