Is a little less than 4 hrs out of an extended life (12 cell) battery from hp normal?? with a 17 inch monitor and just browsing the web with my wireless switch on? ive read reviews and most people get at least 6 hrs out of this battery...and hp advertises 5-8 hrs here are my system specs. what specifically is draining my battery and can i do anything about it?? Normally they last about 6 hours, but those are a little different machines. Yours just may be more powerful and using up more power.
