is mini apple 3 ver10 modchip good? i just got it 2 days ago n i wanted to know if its good or not.

that is a junk clone chip (and the are not any mods made by mac). get a duo2 installed if you just want to play backups .

 

o shit that sux i have it it is pretty crappy cause u have to keep restarting n doing all these shits to star it up

these are clones, they are made with cheaper parts than an authentic chip

but it will boot your backups, just make sure the place that did your install performed a romeo mod, and use decent media.

 

is sony media good? i bought it for $2 cdn at the sony store. its dvd+r

 

sony is the brand, but they use different manf at different times.

you should look for taiyo yuden dvd-r , those are the best you can get I believe.

I use ritek g04 dvd-r, but those are hard to find now, since they dont make the g04 dye anymore.
