    Look it's really easy Dwarf. FIRST you need to put your picture on the web somewhere. This is called "hosting" the image, and there are some sites that will host images free. You can host them on your own website if you have one. The purpose of this is to give you a URL that other's can access to see your image.
    After that, you can post the image here by REPLACING the "theurl.com/picture.jpg" part in the directions with the URL that points to your picture.
