Is my IDE DVD-ROM 16X permantly busted?

    Alright guys, first post here, I hope you can help me.

    I just got a new game for the ol' Pc (Football Manager 09) and it's a PCDVD.

    Sadly, it won't read my disk.

    I've no idea what's wrong with it. Any idea's?

    I looked it up on InfoTools, and it looks like this:

    Does the game read or play on a different PC or in your PC with a different drive?
