if you aren't on the new dash then it will load fine. getting flagged is always a possibility when using hacked fw but its far less on the old dash as oppose to the new one.

no it's not okay. COD is not offically sure if it does a Ap check yet. It is marked funny in the ABGX database. You should never play games early if you are worried about getting banned. Online or offline are the same thing.
I dont even see BO in the database? you mean here dont you http://abgx360.net/verified.php they usually dont add anygame till the official release date. but if you played it early offline i wouldnt say that flags you, but i would say that since we do not know for sure if its ap2.5 or anything yet that can flag you. even when you get a game and someone has the ss files i still do not trust them cause they could have got them from anywhere and they may not even the the files for that game. thats why its always best to wait for the files to be in the database after the release. at that point they are sure to from a retail rip, hence why they wait till after release to put them there. i play games early but only 4 days at the max and only when the files are either ssv2 and i feel like taking a risk or when the rip is from a trusted retail source/rip.
no it isnt a 100% indication. i checked my system with xval and it said it was clean which was super surprising since i was using the old fw prior to LT on this system and i know i played a few games that turned out to be non stealth afterwards. so i do expect to be banned and if im not then its going to make me think that ms banning system is very hit and miss.
