You say version 7.0.8.2 is BUG FREE i've Backed a number of my cd's up (MP3 format) which play OK, But when i copy them back to Audio to play in my car they're always jumping it's not my player because i've tried them on 4-5 other cd players, But if i burn them using Nero 7.0.1.4b they will play perfect.

It is not bug free from where I sit. The NeroVision 4 bug is there which seems to be related to file format conversion problems. Folks are having issues with audio sync situations when converting certain types of .AVI files.

Basically, whether it has bugs would depend on which utility you are using and for what purpose! ;) It does seem to show fewer problems than the later version. I am still using the 7.0.1.4 version also. Hoping for a new update any day now!

Bug free - no. More stable for some - maybe.
The more a program does - the more chances and number of bugs there are. Sometimes new versions released break something in older versions.
I agree - one user may not use a certain app(s) of Nero or may use different settings and never have a problem.
Then throw in all the different pc spec's and configs, files types being used and more variables are introduced.
Nero imo has a long way to go to fix a number of defects in 7 to make it overall more stable.
Will it ever be bug free - no -more stable- hopefully soon - again different users using different parts, pc specs all come into play.

Not to pinpoint just Nero but all software packages have the potential to have defect/bugs that some users may or may not experience depending on their usage of the software and their specs.

Since when is a program bug free? I've been told that v 7.0.8.2 is the stable version for Nero 7 while Nero 6 is even more stable.

@Big_Rich, The term "Bug Free" is loosely used, it's apararent that none of Neros versions seem to fit this category so in future the term "more stable version" will be used, by me anyhow.
It appears as binkie7 has stated, each has it's "bugs"
