i want to see if their is a way to do this so i can cram more data onto my mp3 player that supports wma. thanks.
A program called dbpoweramp can do this. But I must warn you that converting a WMA file into an MP3 file will result in quality being lost. If the MP3 files are ripped from CD's you own then it's probably best to re-rip them into WMA.
It will but what he said still apply's. When you convert from a lossy format to another lossy format there is a loss in quality no matter how you do it. So, if possible, you want to rerip from a CD to wma instead of converting. What bitrate are the mp3's at right now?
