I have a .rar file that is over 4 gig. When I try to extract it it telles me that it can't because its over 4 gig and stops extracting. How to I extract this file completely?

What file system are you using? FAT32 cannot have a file on it 4gs or bigger...only NTFS.

None that I am aware of. Only issues you may face is if there are older computers on the network, they won't see NTFS drives unless you map them. But, for a standalone, you shouldn't see any issues.
