Is there a easy program to use that's kinda like Nero Vision 4?

I've been trying to use Nero Vision 4 and everything works just fine, except when I try to create chapters. While trying to create chapters, if I leave the file alone and let it play, it's fine. But if I try to advance throught the video, it locks up, etc.

I'm not sure of any fix for this. I'm getting the same problem on 2 machines.

Does anyone know of another program? I do like the ease of being able to customize my menu picture/background, etc.
