Could somebody please explain to me or direct me to a site that explains how to transfer game saves from a Gamecube memory card to a PC and then formatted so it can play on emulators such as dolphin?
Don't even bother with GC emulators. Unless you have some sort of super computer the frame rate and game speed are going to be too slow.
not only will they be slow, the sound can have problems too. and most backups have been reported to be flawwed in some way or so in that they cannot work properly.
