For instance, I want to alter a song, say, Ladies and Gentlemen by Saliva, and the way I want to alter it is to add explosion sound effects for every time they say, "BOOM!" in the song. Is there a program that'll make it possible?
You could use an audio editor such as... http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ and then paste in the explosion sound effects if you can find an audio file of an explosion.
