Is there a software that can detect FPS and resolution?

    i'm looking for one that can detect the frames per seconds and video resolution of any video file i open. thanks!

    did you look at hte win media and xlixk on view go to statistics and click advance?
    it shows you the fps actual andwhat is playing also bitrate for vid aud etc? did tat answer your question?
