hi i have bought a music cd and on it is written: "can't be played on PC or MAC". I tried, and my pc really does not read it. but as i want to back it up, i need the the cd to be read by my computer? is there no to do this? thanks in advance

i already tried with using the search engine but did not find anything. maybe i just used the wrong keywords, ill try again
its pretty impossible to find stuff with the keywords because the same keywords are used in every single post at least once. if it was already posted would it be that hard to copy paste the solution?
