Hello, I want to ask is there a way to unlock a nokia 6230b after entering the unlock codes too many times and you get the "restricted" sign. I heard that after entering the code too many times you can just go and cable unlock it.The thing is i did go to an unlock place and they said there is no way to unlock it other than flashing the phone. Is this true?
