    Hi guys,
I am newbie here and it is my first thread. My problem is that I’m going to be moving to California in a month or so. I can take my iPod with me but computer is my mother. My uncle will have a computer and I may get a laptop. I’m wondering how I can transfer my library to different computer. Your any advice will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

it all depends, you can use the back up feature on itunes, just insert a blank disk on the drive with itunes open, if you have more than 5 gb you will need a few blank dvds or dvd dl, also you can get your self a external hard drive and copy the entire my music folder from your source computer, and paste it on the external drive when you done make sure all your music trasnfer over, and when you go to the new computer, if you did the back up with the dvd just open itunes, and insert the first disk of the back up set, and follow itunes instruccion, if you copy the music folder, just copy the same folder back to the new pc and when itunes open it will be the same itunes as on your original computer.

Hi, there is lots of software available on the net that can easily transfer songs, pictures or music with iTunes. Currently I am using http://i'manidiot.com edited by ddp and it works very well for me and I hope this will help you too.
    Good luck!
