Is there preview video player for partial or incompletes? BitTorrent

    There was a Kazaa program called "Kazaaa Preview Extractor", or something like that, that did the same thing. I want this for BitTorrent, though.

    I heard VLC player did this, but it hasn't worked. If you know how to do it with VLC, tell.

    Pause or stop your downlaod, then open VLC. Press "quick open file" and open one of the .rar files you are downloading. It will preview it for you.
