CPU is good, i have this one and love it, easily overclocks and doesnt run to hot at all. however, this comes with a crap video card, as i have this too since i got it really cheap from a friend. it is not at all good for gaming or anything really. not sure about the PSU. and there is no heatsink for the CPU so you would have to buy that also. and im not a big fan of the micro atx boards as you do not have all the pci slots you would with a full sized board. also there are no case fans so you would have to buy these as well. so in all honesty, i do not see this as a great deal personally, but then again, someone else might.
