Is this a good DivX player?(AVAYON DXP-1000)

Well, it looks pretty good. And I dont want to buy and cheap one and just spend money on it...like the DVP642, I've heard a lot of bad things about it...the LG one is a little pricey, but I'll buy the LG one if this one isnt good. I was also looking at the Toshiba SD-4980 but saw it only plays DVD-R...and I ONLY burn +R's...
