is this a good or not good price?

    That's a pretty terrible price, if I'm honest, mainly because it's a terrible PC. It uses a poor quality case, a dire motherboard, a pretty poor heatsink, and the actual specification of the system is low for how much it costs.
    Perhaps build a PC yourself?

    This works out about the same price, but you have a far better quality set of parts. You could easily save money by getting a better value processor, like the E7300, which is £46 cheaper, and only about 15% slower, plus this system can overclock the CPU very easily too, the one you outlined will not fare so well, and if you're not overclocking, there's no reason to use an aftermarket CPU cooler, so you can save £15 there too.

    You don't need the 1GB version of that graphics card on a 22" monitor, you will never notice the difference.
