i recently got my xbox modded by a friend.. no chip was nesicarry.. he used a boot disk and a USB of sometype with a specific saved game for james bond (from russia with love i think).. and he booted it up with the james bond disk.. it sent us to some format screen where he basically did the rest... i have a normal hardrive in there.. so i cant store to much.. but ever since i got it modded... my XBOX starts to make this weird "clicking" noise.. im not sure what to expect... like... if this was a "dirty" way of modding a xbox... i have my suspicions that hacks and virus's and bugs get spread and pollute you XBOX in this way.. but maybe im paranoid... it just seemed so dirty.. almost like my XBOX was taking his first hit of drugs... so.. what should i expect from this mod... is this a normal type.. or some dirty russian half ass mod boot.. has anyone ever heard of anything like this.. and if it is legit.. what should i look into putting in my newly modded xbox... yes... im a newb... big time... help a brother out
Its fine bro dont worry unless the xbox is actually not doing wut it supposed to do its fine. That "weird clicking" niose ur hearing is the either ur diskdrive or ur harddrive acsessing info and yes its going to be slightly different sounding because its doing different stuff then ur used to hearing.
no this was a normal softmod and the clicking sound is probably just your hard drive. the james bond game he used was agent under fire u should have nothing to worry about bro.
