Here's the deal, I started this project using .wmv clips. When I rendered the Project to .avi, I found that I was having some codec issues between Vegas and the .wmvs, so I had to convert the .wmvs to .avi and start the project over again... ...Here's the thing. When I was using .wmv and rendering to .avi (Using the divx codec), 40 minutes of video took about 2 hours to render. Now it takes about 7-8 hours...Is this common?
err~~ 7-8 hours are definitely deviant... You could try to download a optimal divx codec from divx.com or see SPAM
