    Hey,

    I am slightly concerned about the temperatures of my vurent hardware can someone tell em whether this is normal in an idle position.

    My mainboard is 34.0 C
    CPU1= 55.0 C

    HDD temp = 39.0 C

    Volatges

    +12v = +12.61V
    +5v = +4.55V
    Core = +1.65V

    This is running on:

    Amd sempron 3000+

    Radeon X700

    1Gb Ram

    Asus A7V600-X

    is there any more information needed? If so please ask.

    Also this comp has been slighly overclocked!!
    Thanks alot
    Alex

    as long as your processor temp doesn't get much higher than that, you're fine. good temps.

    55 is an okay temp for an OC'd cpu.. But what kind of temps are you getting under full load.
    My X2 is OC'd 10% and under full load I think I've hit 45, running at 34 right now.

    wOW! Must have installed my heatsink on wrong for my AMD3700+ because my idle temp hovers around 39-40C. but I read that the biostar mATX mobo I have does give off wrong readings.

    @ novicebb:

    Out of curiousity which Biostar board do you have? I have the n4sli-A9, and have gotten some strange readings.

    Ahh ok... Over the past week I did some more research on my board and the tempurature readings seem to be ok. I didn't have any problems installing windows. From what I have read the T-force board is solid with alot of OCing features.
