officially, irc is just a convenient way to chat with people all over the world, sharing family pictures and stories and other such things...unofficially, it's whatever you can get away with...and that's basically anything.
LOL! Yeah, I know what IRC is. I was just leaving the line open for a joke. IRC is like a trip to a bar. the cover is you want to get out, have a few drinks and a little fun, and be social, but the truth is you wanna get smashed, wake up with a stranger, and not remember what the hell you did to wind up naked in a dumpster in Alabama.
