What do you consider a vbr file, Visualb Basic Registration file or Variable Bitrate?

If you mean Variable Bitrate, the actual file will have a different extension (not ".vbr"). Open an explorer window and in the menu go to tools=>folder options. Select the "view" tab. Uncheck "hide extensions of known file types". This will let you see the actual file extension.
