.ISO, .BIN, and .CUE Files

    I have downloaded some cue files for c&c generals. Do i have to download the bin files that match it too? Also i have iso files for Mafia and i was wondering if there was anyway to play/use the iso files without burning them first. I have CloneCD, Alcohol 120%, and Nero.
