hi guys, ive recently been given a starview 1 clone(its defo a clone)from a friend who wants me to get it running again,it hasnt been used in a fair while. ive used the gtrom loader and the CryptStar-v1.5-Core257 bin file to update the firmware. ive gone through the channel scan,found all i need to find but still no channels are viewable,turned the EMU on etc etc. i did a factory reset and uploaded the new firmware again and went through all the neccessary steps again but no joy. ive recently updated my own starview 1 original,a "the box" and a box super with no hassle so im a tad stumped. any help?? thanks
Get the firmware from the link in my sig below. Go to the StarView 1 folder, then Firmware / December 08 Fix Clone & Genuine. It's the CryptStar-v1.5.zip file, which contains the genuine and clone firmware, you want the 257 file from it.
