Okay, my friend has a laptop, windows vista service pack 2. She said at times when she restarts it will get to the welcome screen and freeze. She has to manually restart, go into safe mode, and do a system restore, then it is fine for a few more restarts, and it does it again. She has AVG Anti Virus, and has defragged it, done a system disc cleanup, so I don't know what to tell her. Any help or advice?
