Hello All, I am having a serious issue burning my movies with Clone DVD. I just purchased the liscense because it worked well on the trial I had about 3 months ago. However, I upgraded to the new version. I get the error message "Write Media 10 11 W12" It is not a media issue because I use Nero to burn with this same set of discs (Since I am tired of messing them up). There isn't any firmware for my Sony Double Layer Burner. (Model DRX-720 UL) I can't figure out what is going on. I run the program on my Dell Latitute 600 which is the same machine I ran it on before. I have read the posts but nothing I have tried (removing Roxio) has worked. However the only new item I have installed is software for my IPOD. Please help.
