It is as if ive done nothing

when i install all the new software it all goes on the boxes(starview 3 and 4 ) but when i go and put it on sky 1 it just says data updating

ive got key emu on and stil not working

 

either try Discovery channel or Setanta... if this fails go back into menu press default and go back to one of them channels and see what happens!!

 

nothing still not working tryed both cahanels set default key and tried them again

 

turn the box off at the back for a couple of minutes and see if this works!!

 

thanks just turned it off working on the starview 4 just now btw and also will all this advice work on the starview 3
