I have tried everything, different browsers, switching off firewall, clean install. Their 'helpline' is useless i have emailed them 8 times made phone calls of about 30 minutes @ 80p a minute and they still have not resolved the problem, they haven't even responded to my emails. I have tried to install from their site and all that happens is that i get the download but halfway through installation i get an error message saying 'the file alt 71619a1c5b.dll cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet fil zdcdf6d4.cab this could indicate a network error, an error reading from the dc rom, or a problem with this package. I phoned them tonight AGAIN and told them AGAIN and all they said was that the package was faulty and that they would email me with a correct procedure in 15 minutes to resolve the issue (2 hours ago and still no email). If anyone out there can help me i would be so obliged. I will NEVER buy anything from Nero again they are incompetant amateurs and they have no concept of customer service.
