I just defragmented my hdd. It says I have 20% fragmentation and not much I can do about it. I used Windows

Defragger. Is there another free defragger I should be using that could better help with my fragmentation problem?

I've included the test report, if that helps. By the way, I cannot delete the fragmented files. They are crucial

and I cannot even modify them. Is there another way to solve the fragmentation dilema?

The windows defrag program cannot defrag any files while in use. System files, files being downloaded, or uploaded...copied, or even viewed or being used in another program such as a picture file in Word while the Word document is still open.

BitComet downloads are not crucial unless you're seeding them and plan on staying online for that reason. Reboot to Safe Mode and try again.

Or you can d/l the free defrag program already posted, but it's best to shut down any other programs and get offline before defragging.
