It wont let me delete

    I hope this is the right spot :p im using windows 7 to.

    Ok i opened up my external HDD to give it a clean out and came accross a folder called "eb21abfd5a8a4c6efbf73b0b"
    and inside it has "amd64" and "i386" i dont need this folder in anyway and windows isnt running off it, i usually have it plugged out, but it still denys to delete the folder or open AMD64 or i386. is there a way to force delete it?

    hit F8 during bootup and enter safe mode...delete it there.
