I had the beta dashboard installed on xenon with a hitachi drive. UPDATED VIA XBL TODAY (was flashed when i got it SO NOT SURE WHICH ixtreme)) plays games no problem. NOT BANNED YET!!! time will tell

Sorry, but we've seen you guys come and go since the first ban wave. You guys pop in, saying "I've never been caught", "trust me, it's safe", "MS will never catch us", so on and so forth. And then after the wave hits we see the same guys posting "F**C MS!", "it's not fair", "C4E sucks and is a liar", "I'll teach MS a lesson and cancel my LIVE", and on and on.

Want to know something, I've used flashed consoles since a few days after the original Xtreme was released. And to this day I've never been banned. Want to know why? Pure luck. Plain and simple. But I know that everybody that plays on LIVE will get banned one day or another. There's no way around it.

So, like I've already stated, your comment of not being banned means absolutely nothing.

i dont really give a damn about my spellings but since you made an effort i will. I haven't been banned because am not using flashed DVD drive, I am using another method to play my games, downloadable content and going on live. I haven't even opened up my X box 360 at all, its probably why am not banned.Those that use this method will know what am talking about, no its not JTAG otherwise I would have been banned so fast. If this doesn't concern you why bother commenting unless you just want to troll for the hell of it...
