Since there's a new disc check and now a SSv3.

Will abgx360 be updated to patch them into an downloaded .iso and check for the correct security checks to make the .iso verify as authentic?

Or will we have to rely on a new 0800 firmware and make our own rips?

The last official update of that app was back in 2009 or so.

 

i would stick with the 0800 firmware rip,,cant go wrong,and leave the ISO intacted,dont run it throught agbx,

 

I would say no. You will probably just see another patch /mod update for it. But who knows.

It is strange. The database does get updated constantly and they have added the ISO for Wave 7, so he must still be there. Maybe an update, isn't that big of a deal, since the patching does stil work.

 

adding small things like that to the database can be done by someone other than him. but updates to the code of the app to be official would need to come from him.

lol, i remember the last ban hammer. Man people where so pissed. last time i looked it had over 100 pages of people talking about " How are they banning us? Am i safe? Should i not play online? Is it to late? Its not the firmware they said." we where ALL wrong. No one is safe. if you get banned, to bad. If it is gonna hurt you so much go pay for games, or you can enjoy your OFFLINE console and enjoy your free games. rant rant rant all you want. if you want to know if your gonna get banned, then your answer is YES. when will you get banned? ASAP. Is there anything i can do to not get banned? Yea, dont play backups.

no one has been banned yet, as far as we can tell a banwave hasnt started. and i may be wrong but didnt the previous 2 banwaves come in late november of 2008 and then again in october of 2009?

 

There are people on various websites reporting to have been banned on LT (account and gamertag), suspecting because they played Black Ops early. Yup, that would do it.

 

yea that usually when account and gt gets banned its cause of playing a game early and not just for a backup.

I play A LOT of games early but i make sure i only do it 4 days early max, i figure at that rate the game has been shipped to stores already and lots of people are playing on legit copies. i just take the risk that they have been ripped correctly and are stealthed.

so far i have only been banned once last year during the wave, but that was before LT.

 

there are some games thats dont get released on time because the stores almost always tell you its on backorder,and so far i havent heard about any bannings yet,keep looking over your shoulder,,i hear it,,its coming,
