hi......don't know how 'original';if any; this problem is.......i've been using the 'burn' feature with my itunes feature......as soon as it completes the 'project' it re-starts the p.c.,which is a pain when you're in the process of typing up the cdr label or doing another task that gets lost when the p.c. shuts down and re-starts... thanks for the opportunity............cheers........lennyz
install the latest version of itunes make sure you are using a legal version of windows xp also make sure you have enough memory your computer needs 512 megs of ram or better for itunes to burn correctly if you do not have this windows will run out of memory and also try using a piece of spyware removal software like ad-aware free version you could have a piece of spy ware running also make sure and this is a must your defragment your hard drive if you do not windows xp and windows 2000 and windows 98 second edition can cause major problems and one more thing to try replace the computers memory i have seen computers with bad memory shut down because they cannot write to a certain block of memory on the computer but if all else fails take it to a computer specialist they can fix your computer in no time flat
