I sent my iPod mini back to Apple. It was returned to me restored. So i plugged it in to the USB and assumed it would put my choice of songs back on my iPod. well..it didnt. i installed my iPod as if it were new and now iTunes creates a folder in my iPod with my name and downloads whatever songs it feels like. Its not even the songs checkmarked in my library. How can i get the checkmarked songs in my library back into my iPod mini? I tried deleting the folder with my name but then doing saw causes those same songs in my library to not be audible. I have a MAC and using an iPod mini. Help! i've searched Apples support and cannot find a solution.

I just want my iPod mini to mirror the checkmarked songs in my library.

-Connect Your iPod to your Mac,
-In iTunes, go 'Edit' ==> 'Preferences' ==> 'iPod'[tab] ==> 'Music'[tab] ==> check the box that says 'Only Update Checked Songs'.

    Job Done. See, easy ;-)
